I know Municipal Utility Districts!  I’ve have 52 years work experience on behalf of Tax Payers within 7 Municipal Utility Districts in Harris, Montgomery and Fort Bend Counties as Project Manager of utility construction or as a Board Director. I want to continue serving tax payers within MUD 60, and I am seeking your vote.

    BA (Economics) from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada
    Carol and I are “20 year” residents of Indian Springs Village & MUD 60
    CEO & Owner General Development Corporation until 2015
    Texas Real Estate Commission License # 110206, Broker/Owner – GDC Realty
    Community Volunteer 13 years on the ISVA Board & Residential Design Review Committee
    My wife, Carol & I are proud parents of 4 children & 6 grandchildren

    MUD-60, 1st to implement 20% Homestead Tax Exemption for Residents
    Reduced tax rate
    Ensure vigilant Maintenance of Drainage, Fresh-Water & Wastewater Systems for trouble-free service
    Plan for and manage the cost-effective Maintenance of MUD-60’s facilities.
    Committed to the acquisition and control of sustainable sources of water for The Woodlands Township. 
    Continued education in Technology of water & waste-water advancements through membership in American Water Board Directors Association, etc.
    Committed to educating residents about fresh-water & waste-water systems.
    Committed to flood prevention & mitigation in MUD  60 & surrounds. 
    Fresh-Water is LIFE, effective management of Waste-Water is critical to our Communities’ Health and Welfare.
